The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has resumed normal online operations after completing a scheduled three-day system maintenance exercise.

In a post shared on social media platforms on Monday July 20, NTSA confirmed that all digital services are now fully available following the preventive maintenance period, which began on Friday, July 17, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. and ended on Monday, July 20, 2026, at 8:00 a.m.
“Normal operations have fully resumed. Thank you for your patience,” NTSA said.
The authority had earlier informed members of the public that the temporary disruption was necessary to allow for scheduled system improvements aimed at enhancing service delivery.
“This is to inform all our stakeholders that the NTSA system will have scheduled preventive maintenance on Friday, 17th July 2026 (8pm) to Monday, 20th July 2026 (8am),” NTSA said on July 17.
The agency apologized for any inconvenience caused during the maintenance period and thanked users for their understanding as it worked to improve the reliability and quality of its online services.
“We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to offer quality services to you.”
NTSA’s digital platforms provide access to various services, including vehicle registration, driver licensing, and other transport-related transactions.
