The Commission on Revenue Allocation (CRA ) has appointed Roble Said Nuno as its new Commission Secretary and Chief Executive Officer after the conclusion of a competitive recruitment exercise.

In a statement issued on May 14, 2026, the commission said the appointment followed a detailed selection process carried out in accordance with recruitment laws and public service procedures.
According to the commission, candidates underwent psychometric assessments and oral interviews held at the Kenya School of Government in Lower Kabete on May 14.
The commission said the recruitment attracted highly qualified applicants and was conducted under established guidelines aimed at ensuring fairness and transparency.
“The Commission on Revenue Allocation is pleased to announce the appointment of CPA Roble Said Nuno as the new Chief Executive Officer,” the statement read in part.
CRA noted that Nuno is expected to guide the institution’s operations by drawing from his experience in leadership and public financial management.
“The appointment follows a rigorous and competitive recruitment process conducted in line with applicable recruitment laws and procedures,” the statement added.
The commission further expressed confidence that Nuno’s experience will help strengthen the institution as it continues carrying out its constitutional mandate on revenue sharing and financial oversight.
At the same time, the commission thanked all candidates who took part in the recruitment exercise and reaffirmed its commitment to transparency, merit and integrity in its hiring processes.
