Police FC, Kenya Police Bullets wins the FKF- Premier League 2024/25 season.

A 1-0 victory over Shabana FC at the Kenyatta stadium in Machakos, made Police Bullets the champions of Football Kenya Federation Premier League after leading a 6 point Margin against their rivals Gor Mahia.

Police FC are leading the FKF League table with 64 points while Gor Mahia were trailing them with 58 points as Kakamega Homeboyz and Tuesday FC takes the 3rd and 4th position with 57 and 56 points respectively.

It took the team 18 wins, 10 draws and 5 loses to secure their first ever League tittle since they were promoted in 2021 from the National Super League (NSL).

It was a well deserved victory as they were held to a goal less draw in their first half before Brian Okoth striked with a header to put Police FC on the lead at the 65th minute, as Shabana struggled to fight back untill the last minute.

They will receive guard if honour from the 2nd placed Gor Mahia as they will take on each other next weekend in the final 2nd leg of the league matches.

On the other side, Kenya Police Bullets defended the tittle once more after edging Trinity Starlets in a commanding 4-0 victory at Afraha stadium in Nairobi.Like their brothers Police FC, Bullets led a stunning campaign throughout the season bracing a 46 points lead in 21 matches with 13 wins, 7 draws, and a defeat.

Their win booked a spot for them in the CAF Women’s Champions League regional qualifiers that will take place in August.Gor Mahia FC Vice-president Hon Sally Bolo on her side congratulated Police FC for clinching the tittle although she was a bit disappointed that they had to accept the defeat and take the second position.

She stated that they weren’t expecting the outcome, but it was not their lucky day urged her team to stay focus for the next season campaign.

“Yes, I may have wished for a different ending, but credit where it’s due. You displayed grit, focus, and the consistency required to lift the crown,” the VP said.

She adds that “Salute to the Kenya Police FC management, players, technical bench, and the entire Police FC fraternity. Enjoy this well-deserved victory; history made.”

While Interior PS Raymond Omollo, who doubles up as their Patron, congratulated the club for their milestone praising them for their hard work and professionalism throughout the season.
