The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection has announced a mass job recruitment exercise under the ‘Kazi Majuu’ program.

In a statement released on Tuesday October 28,2025, Labour CS Alfred Mutua stated that the government, in conjunction with overseas recruitment agencies, have organized for interviews for job positions in Dubai and Saudi Arabia.
Mutua noted that the interviews will take place at the National Industrial Training Authority (NITA) centers in Mombasa and Arthi River on 29th October and 30th – 31st October 2025 respectively.
According to the CS, available positions in Dubai include:
•Taxi Drivers (350) — Age 22–45 yrs
•Riders / Delivery Drivers (500) — Age 21–38 yrs
•Warehouse & E-Pickers / Helpers (300) — Age 21–40 yrs
•Security Guards (150) — Age 21–38 yrs; Height 5’7 ft; Fluent in English
•Cleaners (Male & Female) — Age 22–35 yrs
•Waitresses / Hotel Housekeepers — Age 22–35 yrs
•Masons, Steel Fixers, Carpenters & General Labourers (175) — Age 21–45 yrs
The jobs come with benefits such as a 2-year renewable contract, free accommodation, food, transport & medical cover, overtime pay as per UAE labour laws and 30 days annual leave.
For Saudi Arabia, the Ministry announced 50 slots for drivers and 25 for mechanics. All applicants must be between the ages of 21 and 45.
Successful candidates will be provided with free accommodation, food and transport, medical insurance and a 2-year contract.
Additionally candidates must carry National ID, school certificates, Passport (or proof of passport application), Passport photos and any academic or work-related documents.
The Ministry noted that mandatory commission will apply to cover air ticket, medical, training, service fee, visa fees and documentation costs.
